Designed to perfect the installation of Advantage One truncated domes and wayfinding bars, the MDF Drilling Template complies with AODA, CSA, ISO, and building code requirements for tactile depth and spacing. The MDF Drilling Template is used to maintain code compliant spacing between each truncated dome, or wayfinding bar.
The template is essential for installation of truncated domes, or wayfinding bars, on landings or any other area which requires the installation of TWSI.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
