Ardex levelers in Gray — the mortar and setting base that keeps your installation solid for years.
ARDEX K 520™ is a self-leveling, topping for fast-track resurfacing, smoothing or leveling of indoor concrete and certain non-porous surfaces. ARDEX K 520 can be installed up to 1" (25 mm) thick neat and up to 3" (7.5 cm) thick with the addition of appropriate aggregate (see Technical Data section for minimum installation thicknesses by application).

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
