ARDEX VB 100 is a ready-to-use, one-component, water-based, two-coat system formulated to suppress excessive moisture in concrete. Ready for use - As some settling can occur, stir the ARDEX VB 100 with a wooden paint stirrer or similar prior to use to ensure that all components that have settled are in full suspension. DO NOT MECHANICALLY MIX. DO NOT ADD WATER OR OTHER ADDITIVES!

- Wooden paint mixing stirrer, paint tray, short-nap paint roller and paintbrush
- Shelf life
- 1 year, if unopened. Open containers remain usable for 6 weeks if sealed and stored under proper conditions. Keep container closed when not in use.
- Storage
- Store in a cool, dry area. Do not leave containers exposed to sun. Keep from freezing. Keep away from heat.
Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
