DURAPRO AC3471 is a water-based adhesive designed for bonding high pressure laminates panels (HPL), polyurethane foam, polystyrene foam and fabrics to wood, plywood or particle board. AC3471 has a long open-time, good contactibility under low pressure, excellent green strength, high shear and peel strength, and superior hot creep resistance.
Its flowability and high solids content allow to spread easier and to cover up to three times the surface area than a solvent based contact cement.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
