Mapesil T Plus is a professional-grade, 100%-silicone sealant with enhanced adhesion for use on multiple substrates. This product is specifically formulated for heavy traffic and expansion/movement joints exceeding both ASTM and ANSI standards.
Mapesil T Plus adheres to most ceramic tile, porcelain, natural stone, glass, masonry, concrete, brick, wood, aluminum, fiberglass, vinyl, plastic, and properly prepared copper and brass.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
