ROBERTS 10" Double Tap Reversible Tapping Block is designed to push planks together without damaging the flooring or your fingers. Dual sided, with edges designed for tongue and groove and click-lock floors, this patented D-handle tapping block works with most types of flooring including resilient vinyl tile, laminate and hardwood planks.
Robust yet easy to use, the offset handle allows you to secure the flooring in place using a soft-head mallet to tap and connect boards. US Patent No. 12,188,242

Installation — Floating click-lock
- Let the material acclimate flat in the room for 48 hours before you start.
- Lay over a clean, dry, level subfloor — add the recommended underlay first.
- Click-lock the planks and float the floor; leave a 1/4" expansion gap at every wall.
- Stagger end joints by at least 6" and finish with quarter-round or transition strips.
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
