4.5" tape with narrower scrim and less adhesive for use with the Kool Glide carpet seaming system on light to medium residential applications. Also used for repairs, borders, custom rugs and decorative work because the tape can be overlapped. Works on all common carpet backings.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
