4.5" tape with pressure-sensitive backing and no reinforcing scrim for use with the Kool Glide system. This tape is used for a variety of bonding applications including backsplashes, cove corners, stair treads and wood or laminate starter/end board placement. - Use with Kool Glide System - Utility Tape - For a Variety of Bonding Applications - Ideal for Backsplashes, Cove Corners, Stair Treads, Etc.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
