The Grout from Custom Building Products in Cape Gray — the mortar and setting base that keeps your installation solid for years.
CEG-Lite 100% Solids Commercial Epoxy Grout provides chemical and stain resistance with a fast cure time for a quick return to service. Its lightweight formula makes it easier to spread than typical epoxy grouts and is water-cleanable. Its two-component formula combines a Part A pigmented hardener with a Part B consisting of resins and lightweight aggregates.
CEG-Lite is compatible with both CEG-Lite Part A and CEG Part A epoxy grout color pigment and hardener products. Formula is patent-pending.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
