CustomTech levelers — the mortar and setting base that keeps your installation solid for years.
TechLevel 125 is a high quality, self-leveling underlayment that achieves up to 4,000 psi compressive strength. TechLevel 125 levels floors prior to the installation of resilient flooring, carpet, wood, ceramic tile, natural stone tile and other floor coverings. This quick setting underlayment can be applied 1/4″ to 3″ (7.6cm) thick in one pour and seeks its own level in minutes.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
