Meet Forbo Cinch Loc Seal linoleum flooring in Weathered Sand, where deep marbled colour that runs through the wear surface, so it wears in rather than out meets everyday durability. Part of Forbo's Cinch Loc Seal collection, it's crafted to look as good in ten years as it does on day one.
This is genuine linoleum in a click-together format: linseed oil, pine rosin and wood flour, coloured right through the wear surface rather than printed onto it. Forbo finishes its Marmoleum lines with Topshield2, a factory-applied surface treatment: no initial polishing, and routine care is dry sweeping plus damp mopping. Panels join with a mechanical locking profile and float — a glue-free install you can walk on straight away. Check the manufacturer's own guidance for subfloor preparation and where the line may be used.
The 25-year warranty ensures long-lasting quality, while the topshield double uv cured layer finish creates a versatile atmosphere, perfect for any room.

Installation — Floating click-lock
- Let the material acclimate flat in the room for 48 hours before you start.
- Lay over a clean, dry, level subfloor — add the recommended underlay first.
- Click-lock the planks and float the floor; leave a 1/4" expansion gap at every wall.
- Stagger end joints by at least 6" and finish with quarter-round or transition strips.
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
